' On board passenger services '

Overnight buses provide coffee, Japanese  tea, cold and hot water, juice, hot towels, blankets, slippers and audio headphones (Japan & Western music).
(However, some of these services are not included, depending on companies and routes.)

The bus has 10 rows of 3 individual seats, separated by two aisles. However, the Seibu Bus company (Niigata and Joetsu routes), the Tohoku Express Bus company (Okayama route) and the cheapest services (Seishun Dream, Casual Twinkle etc) are 10 rows of 2+2 pair seats with separated by an aisle.
Seats recline 140 degrees; and also a leg and foot chair is equipped.

A table is equipped in the left armchair or under the window for window seats.
Reading lights are provided.  Multiple music channel headphones plug into, Channels 1 ~ 4 for music programs, V is for watching TV or *video movies, and R is for listening to radio. Blankets and slippers are provided for each seat.  Some companies provide pillows.
 A toilet is located next to the service area.
Passenger instructions are normally in Japanese only.

' Seating preferences and non-smoking '

The seat is automatically designated when making a reservation, but please state any preferences. Smoking is prohibited on all routes.
